There is a lot of talk about the right way to go about weight loss. What is the right diet ? what are the right exercises ? For some of you it worked, for some does not, some are still looking for a magic pill that will help them, and some just simply gave up.
What I am about to offer, is an "unorthodox" approach, that helped my to go from 220 pounds to 190 pounds in a just half-a-year, when i was using this approach. When i stopped using it regularly, i gained a bit, but nowhere near 220.
This approach is about connection with your body, communication with it. Once you have that connection, you can eat things that you are not supposed to be eating, and you are still loosing weight.
