This evening is designed as a relaxed, educational, and conversation-driven gathering for real estate investors, private lenders, and anyone curious about how real estate notes fit into an investing strategy.
Whether you’re brand new to notes or actively investing already, this is a great place to learn, ask questions, and connect with others in the Central Florida investing community.

We’ll kick things off with open networking, followed by a light “Notes Intro” discussion led by Helena — including:

• Performing vs. non-performing notes
• First vs. second lien basics
• Why investors use notes
• How notes differ from owning rental property

From there, we’ll open things up for group Q&A and discussion about:
• What interests you most about notes
• Strategies you’d like to explore
• Topics for future meetups
• Guest speakers you’d like to hear from

We’ll also make space for short community shout-outs — deals under contract, notes wanted or for sale, and helpful services — keeping it quick, respectful, and value-focused.
