Day's Agenda
9:30-10:00 a.m. Sign in. Coffee , juice, muffins, and fruit will be provided.
First classes will run from 10:00-approx 12:00
12:00-12:45 Lunch break. A complimentary healthy lunch will be served. Vegetarian friendly.
12:45-3:00 remainder of classes with a couple of 10 minute breaks in the midst of them.
3:00-5:00 Free Bio-energy sessions are offered in our spa room. As well as a complimentary Chiropractic spinal examination. Receive your certificate for a free foot detox mineral bath session.
