When Donald Trump won the 2024 election, we knew we couldn’t stand by. His agenda threatens our democracy, our freedoms, and the well-being of our communities. That's why we came together — to organize, resist, and defend the values that make America truly inclusive.
We believe in a country where immigrants are welcomed, healthcare is a right, not a privilege, and everyone has access to food, dignity, and opportunity. Our members come from all walks of life, united by a shared commitment to justice, equity, and real democracy.

Crafting to build Community
Quakers of Orlando, 316 E. Marks St., Downtown Orlando, FL, USthis event, we're taking a moment to learn a new skill, start or finish a creative project, and enjoy each other's company. We'll have experienced crafters on hand to help teach something new or work through any roadblocks you might hit.
Feel free to bring food and drinks to share: the more, the merrier! We'll also have a Craft Swap Table where you can drop off extra supplies you no longer need and pick up something new: a different yarn, a fresh color, or a tool just waiting for its next project.
The event will have lo-fi music playing throughout, plus the opportunity to learn more about other community groups in the area.

🔵 Crafting Expert — This crafter is happy to answer questions, whether about what they're currently working on or another craft happening at the event. Don't hesitate to ask!
🟢 Crafty Teacher — This crafter is ready and willing to teach! Feel free to approach them to learn a new technique or get guided through a project step by step.
🟡 Chatty Crafter — This crafter loves good conversation! If you're looking to connect, swap ideas, or enjoy some lively chat while you create, this is your person.
🟠 Quiet Crafter — This crafter is here to soak in the creative energy and focus on their work. Craft alongside them and enjoy the peaceful vibe!
🔴 Accountability Buddy — These supportive crafters are here to cheer others on. Whether someone has been putting off a project or just needs a little push to reach their creative goals, the Accountability Buddy is in their corner to keep them motivated and on track.
