ACA Essentials of Kayak Touring Trip Leader Course

Interested in becoming a skilled paddlesports trip leader?
The ACA Essentials of Kayak Touring Trip Leader course involves 30
hours of intense instruction with expert American Canoe Association
(ACA) instructors. The course focuses on technical proficiency, trip
planning, leadership skills, risk assessment and group management and
it promotes professional and volunteer trip leading in state parks and
elsewhere.
The next course will start Monday evening, Oct 20, 6pm and end on
Thursday, October 23, 5pm at Lake Louisa State Park near Orlando.
Cost is $195 per person, a 50% discount. If you are interested in

to 15 people.
