Silver River to Rays Wayside

We will meet at 10am at Silver Springs State Park and shuttle the cars to Ray Wayside Park AKA Ocala Boat Basin, where we will leave as many cars as possible. There is a $8.00 dollar (CASH ONLY) parking fee at Ray Wayside Park.
Then we'll journey five miles downstream from Silver River headwaters to the Ray Wayside Park take out.
We should see plenty of wildlife this time of year.
Pack snacks and lunch, as we will stop just about 1/2 way down the river and get out and stretch our legs and eat. The sun may be hot this time of year so dress accordingly or bring sunscreen if needed.
Our journey will end at Ray Wayside and those who left their cars at Silver, we will get you back there.
