Bridges & Buildings; projects R great ...but what about anything with S/W - digital?

wait, even bridges and building have embedded S/W these days, so maybe a dash of lean-agile-DevOps thinking there too. As companies go toward agile at scale [with SAFe being the #1 solution] some are finding that the most challenging thing is to get enough people, especially as teams, thinking about the product in more focused and innovative ways.
