Hi everyone, Let’s participate as a group in the annual Whitney’s Walk, which raises crucial funds and awareness for suicide prevention initiatives in our local communities.
This is a casual, and supportive walk—completely at your own pace.
Here are the details, including a preview walk we are hosting:
The Main Event: 5K Walk $30
- The Cause: Raising funds for suicide prevention and awareness initiatives in Greater Peoria and surrounding areas.
- Registration Info:
- Want a T-shirt? You must register by July 1st to guarantee a shirt.
- Deciding Last Minute? No problem, you can sign up the morning of the event.
The Preview Walk
Want to check out the route and get a little practice early? Join us for a casual morning preview.
- When: Thursday, July 16th at 8:00 AM
- Where: Jubilee College State Park — Meeting at the Quail Meadow Shelter
What to Bring
- Comfortable walking shoes
- A water bottle
