Kayaking at Eureka Lake

Let’s meet up at Eureka Lake and get out on the water! We’ll be meeting at the launch site by North Shore Boat and Kayak Rental (located by the large park/field with plenty of parking—the back side of the lake).

• Rentals: $15 cash for 3 hours at North Shore Boat Rental (309) 417-3408.
• Or bring your own kayak.
• Bring: Sunscreen, something to drink, and a sack lunch. (a hat is a good idea, too)
• Post-Paddle: We'll eat lunch together. Afterward, feel free to head home or stick around the park for fishing, frisbee golf, or hiking trails.

We’ll meet at 9:15 am and try to be on the water by 9:30.

Please comment below to let me know if you are bringing your own kayak or renting. I need to give the rental company a headcount the day before.
