Long Weekend Trip to Tennessee

We normally have one long weekend trip each summer, and this year we're going to Smoky Mountain country to dive Gray Quarry and Nashville Quarry, aka Bellevue Quarry.

Here is our planned itinerary:

August 21: Leave Indy at 9:00 AM
Drive to Kingsport, TN (approx. 7.5 hours)
Check into the Kingsport Motel 6 (rated 8.2/10 by guests). Rate is $89.00 per night for single occupancy, split the cost if you have a roomie.
Check in for diving at Smoky Mountain Divers in Gray, TN. Fee is $15.00, waiver form available on Smoky Mountain Divers website (www.smokymountaindivers.com).

August 22: Dive Gray Quarry (2 dives).
Refill tanks at Smoky Mountain Divers
Drive to Hendersonville, TN
Check into the Drakes Creek Inn (8.2/10). Rate is $91.00 per night for single occupancy.
Check in for diving at Scuba Nashville in Hendersonville. Fee is $25.00, waiver form available on Scuba Nashville website (https://scubanashville.com).

August 23: Dive Nashville Quarry (aka Bellevue Quarry) - 2 dives
Drive home (approx. 5.5 hours)

NOTE: Deadline for signup is August 12: I will collect money for the rooms at that time. When you sign up, please indicate by leaving a comment whether you want a room to yourself or are willing to share a room. Rooms at both hotels have two queen sized beds.
