Central Jersey Trivia Night

Join us for the Fifth Annual Thursday Night Trivia- Online! Holiday Party! Festive attire appreciated but not required. Have a seasonal treat ready to nibble on or drink during round 3.

We play a social game with plenty of conversation and moderately competitive questions. The topics/categories change every time we play (every two weeks).

We verify that the zoom link works prior to posting the event. If it doesn't work through the meetup.com site/ap please copy and paste the link into a new browser window. That usually works. Do not share the link.

First-time players should join us by 7:30pm (or a few minutes earlier). We let in each player individually and will ask you to come on camera before letting in the next person, so please be patient. The game averages between around 2.5 hours depending how prompt everyone is about connecting.

Play from your smartphone or a computer. Though not required after initial check-in, we encourage people to turn keep their cameras on so we can see your faces! We show the questions on screen and use google forms for the answer sheets. It's helpful if you can have multiple tabs open and toggle between them.

We'll read and display the questions on screen and use google forms for the answers. Teams will be chosen from the players who attend, and breakout rooms will be used for each team to decide on their answers. There will be 5 rounds of 10 questions each. No prizes, just fun and bragging rights.
