Our friends at South West London Humanists are having an interesting session about Buddhism. Why not attend and have a chat with them.

"For our main meeting in September we will be visited by a Buddhist monk, Ven.Bhikkhu Buddhadasa.
Despite his religious name, Ven.Bhikkhu Buddhadasa is a (down-to-earth) Brit.
Theravada Buddhism is the oldest school of this atheistic religion/philosophy, which has been around for about 2500 years. Our session is an opportunity to explore what humanists might learn from this ancient and sophisticated tradition. He teaches meditation, so we hope there will be an opportunity during the evening to experience a short taster.
Doors open 7.30pm for 8pm start at Richmond Library Annexe, Quadrant Road, Richmond TW9 1DH. There's a £5 entry fee to help cover the cost of the room (concessions available).
