Join a laid-back group for spicy-brained (neurodivergent) adults, perfect for anyone who's found out they're on the spectrum, have ADHD, AuDHD, or any other neurodivergent trait as an adult. You are welcome whether you have a diagnosis that is official or just figuring it out on your own. It's all about navigating the usual world while connecting with folks who get what you're going through. Here, you can ask questions, share tips, or just be yourself without any worry of judgment. It's a cool spot to hang out, share, and learn from each other, no pressure.

We are located in the North-East section of the U.S.
I (Seb, the organizer) am based near central CT.
Feel free to join from anywhere for online meetings, though any in-person events will inevitably be in proximity of CT.
