Carl Sagan's Birthday and Apple Pie Party

Join us the afternoon of Sunday, November 9th, to celebrate Carl Sagan’s birthday with apple pie! If you’re feeling creative/industrious, we encourage you to bring an apple pie (or apple-pie-adjacent snack) to share.
For those feeling crafty, we’ll have supplies to make ornaments for the Humanist-themed tree we’ll be donating to the Everson Museum for their “Festival of Trees and Light” fundraiser.
If you’re not into apples OR trees, come anyway! We can discuss Carl Sagan’s life and legacy, the state of the world, or just what we’ve been up to.
Our events are always free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!
