Angie began her career in usability consulting, later expanding into service design. Her professional journey includes roles at a large bank, a small B2B software company, and currently, she is back in agency work at Liip, where she focuses on web applications and large-scale websites.
In this talk, Angie will explore the evolving landscape of digital government services.
