Abstract
Developing a .NET library for the rapidly evolving Bluesky social media platform came with unique challenges and insights. In this talk, I’ll share my experience creating bluesky.net, covering Bluesky’s architecture, its authentication model, and the decisions behind the library’s design. I’ll also discuss the testing strategy, from unit to integration tests, and how I built an automated release pipeline with GitHub Actions. Whether you’re interested in API automation, .NET development, or the inner workings of Bluesky, this session will provide a practical look at building and maintaining an open-source library.
