Toastmasters helps you to become a more confident public speaker which improves your personal and business relationships affecting all areas of your life.
Whether you are terrified of speaking in public or just looking to hone your presentation skills, Toastmasters can give you the skills and confidence you need to effectively express yourself in any situation.
Okanagan Toastmasters has 4 clubs that meet each week:
Monday 12:00-1:00 pm at the Kelowna Community Theatre (1 hr)
Monday 7:00-9:00 pm at the Rotary Centre for the Arts (2 hrs)
Wednesday 7:00-8:30 pm at Westbank Lions Community Centre, West Kelowna (1.5 hrs)
Thursday 6:45-8:00 am at the Royal Anne Hotel in downtown Kelowna (1.25 hrs)
Guests are always welcome for no charge.

Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches communication and leadership skills through an experiential program that is delivered to over 15,000 clubs around the world.
Note that our members don't always use Meetup to indicate they are attending, so the event attendance for events does not reflect the actual attendance. Typical meetings have 8-20 people attending with a variety of skill levels and personal goals.

Welcome to Monashee Toastmasters Club - Our physical home is located in Lumby, British Columbia, Canada, but our convenient zoom hybrid meetings allow participation by members and guests from all corners of the world. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 7:00 - 8:30pm Pacific Time Zone at 1785 Glencaird St.,(Lumby Museum) Doors open at 6:30pm for Meet and Greet. Come in person or indicate your attendance at a meeting to receive the zoom invitation.

In our Toastmaster meeting you will find prepared speeches, impromptu speaking and speech evaluations. We are a fun, friendly group of people from all walks of life focused on bettering ourselves through the development of effective communication, listening and leadership skills.
We will often have a unique theme that sets the tone of our meetings. Our meetings normally average 6-10 persons in attendance.
We welcome all guests who wish to visit. Come find out how you will gain from Toastmasters. You are not required to speak when attending as a guest - just in case you are nervous.
