How to Build the Right College List for Students with ADHD
The college search process can be overwhelming for any student, but for those with ADHD, finding the right fit involves additional layers of consideration. Students with ADHD may thrive best in environments that provide strong executive function support, accommodations and an inclusive social atmosphere.

In this presentation, Michelle McAnaney, founder of The College Spy and a college admissions expert, will discuss how to identify colleges that offer strong support for students with ADHD. We’ll discuss how to evaluate a college’s level of support and what questions to ask during the search and visit process. Parents and students will gain practical tools to assess which colleges offer the structure, flexibility and resources their student needs to succeed.
