Looking for a fun, motivating way to kick off your weekend? Join us every Saturday at 10:00 AM in Central Park for a free 30-minute outdoor workout designed to boost your energy, fitness, and community.
No equipment needed. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, and a little determination! Together we will train using:
• 🏃 Running and sprint intervals
• 🤸 Bodyweight and calisthenics workouts
• 🔥 Strength, cardio, and endurance challenges
• 🥗 Encouragement around healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits
This group is about more than exercise. It is about moving together, pushing ourselves, and building a supportive fitness community in the heart of New York City. All fitness levels are welcome.
