Join us on Saturdays in Hoffman Dr Park for The Rock Fit, a community fitness ministry where faith and fitness come together. Each session includes a 1 hour workout designed for all fitness levels , no equipment needed, just bring yourself, water, and comfortable clothing.

We start with a quick warm-up, move into a mix of cardio and bodyweight exercises, and finish with stretching and encouragement from God’s Word. Our goal is to build strength not only in body, but also in spirit ,leaving you refreshed, motivated, and connected.
