Board games @ John Gillum (fka North Village)

It's Board Game Summer, and we have reserved the roomy meeting room at John Gillum for Saturday afternoon gaming. Newbies welcome—we will be happy to teach you to play. We are a safe, friendly, inclusive, and diverse group.

We will meet at the North Village (now John Gillum) branch of the Austin Public Library, in NW-ish Austin just off Steck and Burnet. Plenty of free parking. Walk in and look on the right-hand side, before the circulation desk, for the meeting room. We'll start at 12:30pm and play till the library closes (hard stop at 4:45). See you there!

P.S. If you can't make it at 12:30, try showing up around 2ish, when the fastest gamers will be done with their first one and ready to start a second round.

P.P.S. Please, no food at the game tables—so be sure to grab a bite before you arrive. Beverages in spill-proof containers are okay.
