Trust at First Sight

As we kick off 2025, join us to explore the art of quickly building trust in virtual and in-person meeting spaces. Whether you're an in-house facilitator or external consultant, establishing a genuine connection among participants can make a big impact on your meeting's effectiveness. Trust creates a safe place for people to share ideas, fosters collaboration, and helps manage conflict constructively.

In this 90-minute session, we'll use various Liberating Structures strategies to set the right tone from the start, ensuring people feel heard, seen, and respected. Through our shared experiences and practical discussion, we'll tackle common challenges like reading the room when you don't know all the players, navigating power dynamics, and handling disruptions.

Planned structures include:
- Abundant Greetings
- Troika or WiseFish

This session will be facilitated by Ann Blocker and Anne Nagelkirk.

Everyone is welcome at this Liberating Structures event, regardless of location or familiarity with LS — all you need to bring is a sense of play, your curiosity, and some paper and things to write with!
