March 2025 LS User Group: Coaching and Liberating Structures

How are the worlds of Coaching and Liberating Structures inter-related? We will take a look at some coaching models and then use the structures Troika Consulting and Impromptu Networking.

Troika Consulting has the following benefits:

• Reflection and idea sharing: Helps teams reflect on challenges and generate new solutions collaboratively.
• Collaborative learning: Enhances learning and participation in workshops by encouraging knowledge-sharing among participants.

For this session, we will get to know each other with Impromptu Networking and then focus on peer consulting and reflection on a current problem in your professional lives. We will provide everyone with the tools to facilitate both structures outside of this session.
