Hike: Forehead via Frost trail and returning on Long trail

Please note that this hike has 2,500 foot gain.

We'll hike up to the the Forehead via the Frost trail and back to Butler Lodge, returning via the Long Trail.

Bring bug spray, three quarts of water, hats, sunscreen, winter layers, extra T-shirt for after the hike and Fido.
