Afternoon hike and balloon glow (3-4 miles) + music + hot air balloons)

Join your CVT friends for a special evening of hiking, eating and drinking, enjoying free live music and gazing at the glow of illuminated hot air balloons after dark.
Henrico County Parks and Rec is sponsoring Balloon Glow for the very first time. Parking is free for the event.
Here is the schedule:
4:30pm meet at Crump Park and take a short hike
6pm enter the balloon glow and set up our home base
6pm -7:15 music by Acoustic Blue
7:15 music by Woody Woodworth and the Pines
7:30 10 balloons will be inflated. Tethered rides are available for $15.00 per person.
8:30pm balloons glow after sunset in sync with music.
There will be food vendors available to purchase food, or bring your dinner with you.
I cannot find any info about whether there will be beer trucks etc. on site so I am guessing not. Maybe we'll be surprised! I will update if I get any additional info about.

Dogs allowed: yes( not specifically mentioned in festival info but dogs are allowed in Crump Park. Will update if I receive addtl info.
Bring or wear: water and a snack, broken in boots or shoes, bring a picnic for dinner, or $$ for food vendors, bug spray, and a blanket or chair.
Balloon inflation is heavily weather dependent.
