Blind Wine Tasting!

A fun, interactive (yes, don't be shy!) and unique way to experience wines by tasting them blind - and before they are released to the public! Enjoy the sensory experience of tasting wine without preconceived expectations based on knowing what it is, discuss what you are tasting (rather than someone telling you what you should be tasting), and if you feel so inclined, see if you can guess the varieties, regions, and/or vintages - a great way to learn a little (or a lot) more about wine and your preferences.

Be the first to taste 6 brand new wines before they are officially released to the wine club & the public! Winemaker Dirk Neumann will unveil each of the wines after tasting them and discuss why he chose the grape, vineyard and region, and how the wine was made.

Absolution Cellars specializes in limited production (just 1 to 5 barrels each), hand-crafted single vineyard wines made from grapes sourced from select vineyards all throughout the beautiful Central Coast.

Seating is very limited so please RSVP ASAP. The tasting fee is $25 per person and you get to keep the glass, plus the tasting fee is waived with a $50 per person purchase or wine club membership. There will be special discounts on wine purchases at the end of the event as well.
