We are thrilled to announce the return of the Sierra Club Book Club! After a successful book club kick-off last year, we are excited to re-engage with a fresh list of books and a new location!

In April, we will be reading A Psalm for the Wild-Built by Becky Chambers, a relatively short read that has been called "comfort science fiction." Join us for conversations about the book in a relaxed setting.

We encourage RSVPs so we can get an idea of seating needs. Book club discussion will run from 7:00–8:00 PM. The food hall closes at 8:00, so we will wrap up right around then. If you plan to purchase food or drinks, feel free to arrive between 6:30 and 7:00 PM.

About the Book Club Series
The selections for the 2026 series include a mix of fiction, non-fiction, and narrative works, spanning climate fiction, Florida-based stories, and environmental themes. Check out the other Meetup pages for upcoming book selections if this month's is not your thing!

About the Location
The Great Southern Box Company, a food hall off Princeton, offering plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, free parking in a designated garage, and easy access off I-4. Several food and drink options are inside the food hall, so there is always something new to try! Food and drink purchases are encouraged but completely optional — we want to ensure participation doesn’t come with required costs. We will do our best to select seating appropriate for the ever-changing Florida weather!
