90 minute practice:

1st
Service Box (15 Minutes)
Dink shot, drop shot.
Half volley, low ball volley.

Service Box (15 Minutes)
High ball volley, swing volley.
Overhead.

2nd
HIIT v2.0.1
High Intensity Interval “Tennis”
Nonstop play: (10 Minutes, 2x)
Put it all together, plus high lobs.

3rd
Serves, play points (30+ Mins)
Tiebreakers, games.

Dink Shot Review
Dink is a variation of drop shot.
Finesse barely over the net, slowly.
Think “Low and Slow.”
Stay patient.
If/when high ball to you, crush it!!
Experiment hitting your shot:

  1. at opponents feet, or
  2. as wide as possible.

Drop Shot (Dropper) Review
Delay and “disguise to surprise.”
Lock your wrist, 90 degrees.
For backspin, pull down high to low.
You “hit the drop and make it stop.”

Low ball: Low energy 2, finesse/drop.
Aim for sharp angle “Low and Slow.”
