Be a Lobster
Say to yourself, “I am a Lobster.”
Calmly repeat 3x, say it now.

Lob for Defense (When you’re in trouble)
Think: “Make them make another shot.”
Consider chip/slice, chop/hack swing.
Lob higher for more time to recover.
