Asoul Ramen - Mini Meet

Let’s mix it up a little! Instead of our usual sushi spot, this month we’ll head to Asoul Ramen at the Capital City Mall in Camp Hill.

What’s different:
Asoul is built around Japanese ramen bowls — rich broths that simmer for hours, with fresh noodles and toppings like pork belly, chicken, soft-boiled eggs, and vegetables. It’s hearty, warming, and very much a “comfort food” experience, which is a change of pace from the lighter, share-style sushi nights we usually do.
But don’t worry — sushi lovers are covered too!
In addition to ramen, they also serve sushi rolls, small plates, and desserts. So whether you want to dive into a big bowl of ramen, share a few rolls, or try a bit of both, you’ll have options.

I even saw mention of scallion pancakes so there's lots of items to check out!

This should be a fun way to branch out a little while still keeping sushi in the mix. Come ready to slurp noodles, try some rolls, and compare notes with the group!
