Mastermind Luncheon - Working on your business not in it.

Can you believe we have expended almost 1/2 of the year 2024! Is your business humming along? Is it going gangbusters? Is it wallowing in the swell like an inoperable boat? Then, you need a lunch break with friends. You can share what is working well or seek solutions to things holding your business down.

I am reminded of a recent situation presented by Jon Taffer of Bar Rescue. Labor rules were not allowing some bar tenders and service employees to work enough to pay their bills. The bars were not staffed to operate longer hours. Jon and several owners put their heads together and came up with an employee sharing policy. By working 2 half jobs, the staff increased their earnings and the extra man-hours permitted the bars to stay open!
