Ceph Berlin Indepence Day - July 4th 2023 - ReStart!

Hi Ceph Berlin Meetup Cephalopods !
ReStarting into a new age of the group, let's get in touch and meet again - in Berlin !

As always, it's about exchanging ideas about Ceph, what Ceph is, the latest developments in the community, and what you do or plan to do with Ceph. Let me know or let's discuss it in the `discussions`.

If you are not comfortable to come in person we can have a hybrid event, too. However, don't be shy - we all learn although some of us may be more experienced and those will be the source of your learning and experience.

Themes proposed this round (for now):

• What does IBM do with Ceph ? (Harald Seipp, IBM) - a short overview about the transition of the product from Red Hat to IBM
• Ceph Zipper for connecting storage technologies (Harald Seipp, IBM)
• The latest news from Cephalocons - exchange about the recent events and latest developments in the community projects and what stands out from the latest events (YOU! :-), or me: Matthias Muench, Red Hat)
• other => please suggest or volunteer
• have a chat, getting to know each other

A little bit of housekeeping upfront:

• there will be no recording for now - let's discuss this in the meeting
• presentations will be shared - if there are some and if it's possible
• drinks and food is up to the participant :-) - so feel free to take your
  favorite drink and snack - may arrange some beverage, coffee, and snacks; if you have something to bring to the venue and share - food is always welcome
• if you have something to bring to the venue and share - some finger food is always welcome but check for the number of people planning to attend in person
• perhaps plan for a beer/something_else or two as the "after-show" in the area around the location

Any changes required ? Please suggest - even the time is open for discussion.

Somebody has room for us and wants to offer a location to meet - let us know, the `discussions` is the place to do this. Otherwise, if nobody else suggests a location, we'll meet at the Red Hat office in Berlin.

Anything we should do differently ? Is Jitsi not working for you or should we pick a better time ? Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome.
