Welcome to the Ceroc Affinity Dance Meetup Group! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to try something new, this group is for anyone interested in learning and enjoying Ceroc dance. Join us for social dances, workshops, and classes where you can meet new people, have fun, and improve your dancing skills. No partner or experience is needed - just a love for dance! Our Beginner Days are designed for brand new dancers and those who have recently started Ceroc classes and would like to build confidence and improve their skills.
If you think you have two left feet, feel a little nervous, or would simply enjoy extra time to practise the basics in a relaxed setting, this afternoon is ideal.
You’ll learn and reinforce some of the core Ceroc moves in a fun, friendly and supportive environment, helping you feel more confident on the dance floor and ready to enjoy regular classes even more.What to expect:
Beginner Friendly Focus
Everything is taught clearly and at a comfortable pace — ideal if you’re completely new or still finding your feet.Supportive & Encouraging Teaching
Our friendly teachers guide you through the basics, answer questions and help with any tricky bits.Plenty of Practice Time
Freestyle time is included so you can practise the moves you’ve learned, helping to turn steps into confidence.Relaxed, Social & Fun
A welcoming atmosphere where you can meet others at a similar stage of their Ceroc journey.No Partner Needed
You can come on your own or with a friend. We rotate during the class and have taxi dancers available, so you’ll always have someone to dance with.You’ll learn:
The same fundamental Ceroc moves taught in our regular weekly classes — perfect for reinforcing what you already know or starting from scratch.Refreshments:
There is no bar, so please feel free to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks. Tea and coffee will be available during the afternoon.
