Veterans Nonprofit Spotlight

We will be highlighting Rich Center for Prosperity, a veteran-led nonprofit founded by disabled veteran Ivan Simonet, focused on creating real housing solutions for homeless and at-risk veterans. You’ll hear about a proposed Barstow Tiny Home Village, designed to provide dignity, stability, and long-term opportunity for those who served.


VA Loans & Veteran Homeownership

We’ll also discuss VA loan benefits, common misconceptions, and how veterans and their families can better access homeownership. A representative from Navy Federal Credit Union will be joining us to share insight and answer questions.
