Ready to level up your running and feel stronger from the inside out? Join our 8-Week Run Group Program designed to support runners of all levels—whether you're training for your first 5K, aiming for a 10K, or tackling a half marathon.
What’s Included:
🏃 Training Plans for 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon
💪 Weekly In-Person Strength Class
Location: Local park in Cerritos, CA
Focused on injury prevention, mobility, and runner-specific strength
📱 Group Text Thread for weekly check-ins, accountability, and motivation
📚 Access to resources on Running Form, Nutrition, and Mindfulness.

Newer runners looking to train smart, returning runners looking for structure, or anyone wanting a supportive community with coaching, structure, and fun.
Start Date: Starts June 7th- August 3rd

Day & Time for Weekly Meetups: Saturday mornings @7:30am in Cerritos Park.
