Onsite: One of our Flip Projects! This one will be in Riverside!

Hello 2025!

This one is the next meeting for us to have on the books and the first one of 2025! It will be like the last one! Onsite of one of our flips in Riverside.. We'll talk about how we got it (off-market), what we did with it to bring the value up to where we are listing it (rehab), and how we analyzed the deal! We'll talk numbers and all for the first-time investor, and also the investor that wants to see how we got the deal to work for us!
