LSSC Monthly Meeting

We will have our regular monthly meeting, on Tuesday, October 1 at Rooster’s in Walmart Plaza at the intersection of Nicholasville Road and Man O’War. Tomorrow night's program: Strategies to Prepare for Ski Season and Effectively Reduce Risk for Injury, presented by Ryan Shelton, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT Philanthro PT. You also can sign up for our fantastic trips!! In addition to our trips to Red Mountain, British Columbia; Park City, Utah; and Crans-Montana, Switzerland (with an extension for touring in Germany), we have added two trips to Snowshoe, with one trip over the New Year holiday!

Social hour will be from 6 – 7 pm, with our meeting beginning at 7. Hope to see you there!!
