Sunday hike and wine tasting

Spring has definitely sprung, time to enjoy the weather and get outside! Join me for one of my spring rituals, an easy 75-minute or so hike along Bull Run at the Hemlock Overlook Regional Park, followed by some lovely picnicking and wine tasting right across the street from the trailhead at Paradise Springs Winery.

For the winery part, I will try to arrange some chairs and blankets on the lawn near the auxiliary parking, and will update the location in the comments during the event if needed. The winery does have a food truck which makes great (but pricey) pizza, or bring your own food. Any tastings or other food/drinks are on you, outside alcohol is prohibited per Virginia state law.

Park at the trailhead first, and then we'll need to move our cars over the winery, which should be shortly after they open at 11:00. Or come for just one part or the other, you be you.
