Topic: Water!
This month's speaker will be Jim Parr, a retired member of the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. His presentation will include weather, climate, meteorology and the physical properties of water and water vapor that most people are unaware of. He will further discuss drought and water management issues and future engineering opportunities.
