⛵ Lake Monroe Cleanup 🚢

Please join Central Florida Recon as we paddle Lake Monroe in search of floating trashy treasures. You do not have to own your own vessel to join us, there is plenty of area to cover on foot including a walking path around Lake Monroe. We have trash grabbers and buckets to lend and will have six kayaks to share on a first to arrive, first to launch basis.

The event is scheduled for two hours and at the end we will combine all of our trash, weigh it and take a group photo.

If rain or heavy wind is in the forecast for the day of the cleanup, please check on Friday night for event updates.

Please bring a hat 👒 sunglasses 🕶 sunscreen, water to keep hydrated and a friend. See you at the lake 💦
