RECON + St Johns Riverkeeper DT Sanford Cleanup

Join RECON and our friends from St Johns Riverkeeper as we attend the monthly Keep Sanford Sparkling community cleanup in downtown Sanford on August 2nd!

This monthly cleanup event covers the business district of downtown Sanford and we will be meeting at the parking lot next to the Goodwill. We will have grabbers, gloves and garbage bags ready for the event.

Depending on the turnout, we may take a trip down to the Marina and see if we can find more trash by the water. If you would like to turn back early, please leave your equipment back where we started the event.

Prior to the event, we will take a group photo. After we have all returned, we will bag the trash and weigh it for the day's total haul.

Join us afterwards as we grab lunch at one of the many local restaurants in walking distance. Hope to see you there!
