RECON + St Johns Riverkeeper DT Sanford Cleanup

Join Central Florida RECON and our friends from St Johns Riverkeeper as we attend the monthly Keep Sanford Sparkling community cleanup in downtown Sanford on November 1st!

This monthly walking cleanup covers the business district of downtown Sanford, no kayaks for this event. Look for the Goodwill as the landmark and find us at the parking lot next to the Goodwill. We will have grabbers, gloves, buckets and garbage bags ready for the event.

Depending on the turnout, we may take a trip down to the Marina and see if we can find more trash by the water. If you would like to turn back early, please leave your equipment where we start the event.

Prior to the event, we will take a group photo. After we have all returned, we will bag the trash and weigh it for the day's total haul.

Join us afterwards as we grab lunch at one of the many local restaurants within walking distance. Hope to see you there!
