From Fixby we climb through woods to cross Fixby golf course passing Upper Cote Farm. we cross the bridge over Motorway and onto Lower Moor Hey Farm .Good paths take us above Elland edge to cross railway line and across Cromwell Bottom .After crossing a road a good track takes us up to Ashday Hall .Further up the track we drop down and climb up to Southowram Church . We bypass quarries and moor tracks taking us to Marsh Farm and the Falc0nry to the top of Dark Lane .From here paths descend to Shibden Hall Park .
