Chaffee Remote — Summer Series @ The Beach

Summer is here and Chaffee Remote is taking it outside.
All summer long, our third Thursday meetups are moving to The Beach at River Runner — a laid-back outdoor bar and restaurant right on the Arkansas River near Nathrop. We're heading up-county to make Chaffee Remote accessible to remote workers across the whole valley, from Salida to Buena Vista and everywhere in between.

INTRODUCING CHAFFEE GO
This community has made it clear: you want to get out and explore together. This summer, we're making that happen.
Chaffee Go is our new adventure connection program launching at the May 21 kickoff. We're organizing seven activity groups — and the only way to get in is to show up.
At the event, you'll find sign-up stations for:
→ Hiking & 14ers
→ Trail Running
→ Mountain Biking
→ On the Water (kayaking + paddleboarding)
→ Climbing
→ Hot Springs
→ Fishing
Each group has its own WhatsApp community where members connect, make plans, and get outside — completely self-organized, no coordinators required. Sign up at the event and you're in.

GIVING BACK TO THE LAND WE LOVE
Chaffee Remote is partnering with GARNA's Chaffee Rec Adopters — a volunteer stewardship program working with the Forest Service, BLM, and CPW to maintain and restore public lands across the county. Throughout the summer we'll be sharing volunteer workday opportunities so you can explore the land and help protect it. Learn more at garna.org.
