About the teacher:
After discovering the transformative power of yoga, following years of practice, Evelin set off to India, to complete her yoga teacher training in 2015 and has been teaching ever since.
She has been spreading her love and knowledge of yoga through regular Hatha, Yin yoga, and meditation classes, retreats and private sessions.
She is also the co-founder & organiser of Thailand' biggest health and wellness event - Mind Body Spirit Fair, which takes pace annually both in Changmai & Bangkok.
Above all, Evelin considers herself a lifetime student of yoga, spirituality and healing, and takes regular workshops to enrich her knowledge and toolbox.
On her classes, you will learn to slow down, turn your awareness inwards, connect to your heart and breath.
Creating a safe, meditative, breath-infused experience accessible to all levels, Evelin's classes are compassionate, playful, energizing, and full of mindfulness.
