Chakra Reiki & Creative Energy Meditations is a space for creatives, artists, freelancers, and wellness-adjacent humans who want to feel more grounded, clear, and connected in their creative lives.
This group blends Reiki energy healing, chakra-based meditation, and gentle creative reflection to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and creative flow. The intention is simple. To help you reconnect with yourself, your body, and your creative energy in a way that feels accessible, calm, and human.
Most events are online and open to people anywhere, with occasional in-person gatherings when possible. Each session may include guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, breathwork, grounding practices, and time to integrate what comes up. No prior Reiki or meditation experience is required.
This group is for you if:
• You are a creative or freelancer feeling overwhelmed, blocked, or burned out
