A 90-minute live, conversational intro to Reiki and energy work. Not a Reiki Level I or certification. I’ll share how I found Reiki, how I work with energy and chakras, plus a 20-minute live Reiki healing and open Q&A.

This 90-minute live gathering is a relaxed, conversational introduction to Reiki and energy work, centered on beginnings, curiosity, and connection.
This is not a Reiki Level I course or certification. There’s no attunement, no curriculum to follow, and no pressure to “become” anything. This space is about sharing, listening, and learning through lived experience.
I’ll share how I found Reiki, how energy work entered my life, and how I personally work with chakras and awareness in a grounded, everyday way. We’ll talk honestly about what it feels like to say a first yes to something new before everything makes sense, especially for creatives and those standing at a crossroads.
You’ll have space to ask questions, reflect on your own journey, and connect with others who are curious about energy work, healing, or simply trusting themselves more deeply.
We’ll close with a 20-minute live Reiki healing, offered as a supportive, integrative experience to help you settle, receive, and connect with your own energy.
This event is open to beginners, the Reiki-curious, and anyone feeling drawn to explore energy work in a way that feels human, accessible, and real.
