Deze retreat gaat over vrijheid om jezelf te durven zijn in totale verbinding met je diepste essentie. Volledig aanwezig zijn in je lichaam en in het hier en nu met alles wat zich aandient op het gebied van liefde, intimiteit, passie, seksualiteit, verlangens en grenzen. Jezelf op alle lagen bloot geven en thuiskomen in jezelf.

Laat je in concrete oefeningen meenemen in dit waanzinnig kwetsbaar en mooi onderzoeksgebied, waarin het (lichamelijke) contact langzaam wordt opgebouwd, zodat er genoeg ruimte is om echt te durven voelen wat er in jou mag ontstaan.
