DANCING WITH SWEETGRASS (SOLSTICE CELEBRATION)

Join Kate Stufflet in a symbiotic dance with the pure energy of baby sweetgrass. Tap in and listen deeply to the medicine and song the plant has come to bring to you.
Sweet grass being a plant that brings the cleansing alchemy and sweetness of change, strengthening the joyful memories of loss vs heaviness, and sorrow.

Move with the medicine for your soul. Participants will be blindfolded for a portion of the dance to encourage pure connection. Women are encouraged to wear flowing dresses or skirts. Men wear something comfortable but all attire is welcome. You will be taking home your sweetgrass with you and we will be planting some here on the property.
