Walk for the World (Walking Meditation)

Details

WALK FOR THE WORLD!
From the website of Dr. Joe Dispenza:
Last September, more than 140,000 people in 167 countries gathered to Walk for the World – our first international Walking Meditation. It’s time to come together as a collective consciousness and do it again. To feel empowered. To embody hope. To strengthen those signals of coherence...Let’s keep walking and leading – in peace, healing, love, and unity...Holding the shared intention for global change. Join us again and Walk for the World.

You may create a group, find or group, or do this alone, from anywhere!

Then do this walking meditation on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at 11:00am Eastern Time. (This group gathers at 10:45am).

Let's meet:
Sunday, November 24, 2024
10:45am to gather, starting promptly at 11:00am
North Carolina Museum of Art
2110 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh
BEGIN ON THE GRASS, BEHIND THE THEATER SEATING
(This is fairly close to the entrance of the East Building).

Then, after the walk is done, you are welcome to join in the sharing circle, at the same location (behind the theater seating).

Bring with you:
1) Meditation already downloaded on your phone
2) Earbuds or Headphones

Tips:

  • If you download/practice access to the meditation before you arrive, you may experience more ease as you enter into a peaceful state of mind.
  • If you arrive late or are delayed due to accessing the meditation at the time of the walk, please just begin your meditation when you can.
  • This meditation is a combination of standing and walking. If you are on a walking trail when it is time to stand, please take a few steps off the trail, to allow people to walk through.
  • Walk at your own pace. At the end of the meditation, feel free to join in a sharing circle.
